At SHAPEMODA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow the guidelines below.

Return Period

Orders can be returned within 14 days of the date you receive your delivery.

To be eligible for a return, all items must meet the following conditions:

  • The Trousers Security Tag must remain intact and attached to the returned item.
  • Items must not have been worn, washed, altered, or used in any way.
  • Items must be returned with all original labels and tags attached.
  • Items must be returned in the original SHAPEMODA packaging/box.
  • Items that show signs of wear or use may not be accepted for return.

DHL Express Returns

If your SHAPEMODA order was delivered using DHL Express, the return service is free of charge.

How to Return Your Order

  1. A pre-printed DHL return label will be included inside your SHAPEMODA delivery packaging.
  2. Carefully package the item in the original SHAPEMODA box or packaging.
  3. Securely close the returns package.
  4. Attach the DHL return label to the front of the parcel, ensuring that it is clearly visible.
  5. Contact your local DHL service to arrange collection of your parcel.

SHAPEMODA reserves the right to refuse returns sent using courier services other than those specified in this policy unless prior approval has been obtained from SHAPEMODA.

If your SHAPEMODA order was delivered using An Post, the cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer.

  1. Ensure the Trousers Security Tag remains intact and attached to the item.
  2. Make sure the item has not been worn, washed, altered, or used and that it shows no signs of wear.
  3. Ensure all original labels and tags remain attached.
  4. Place the item securely in the original SHAPEMODA box.
  5. Close and secure the package.
  6. Remove or cover your original delivery address.
  7. Take the parcel to your local Post Office.
  8. Request a tracking number and keep your receipt and tracking information safe.
  9. Clearly write the following return address on the parcel:

Refund policy

Once your returned item has been received, it will be inspected by SHAPEMODA. Refunds will be processed once the return has been checked and accepted.

Credit Card Refunds

Once processed, your refund should appear on your account within approximately 10 days, depending on your card issuer and billing cycle. Processing times may vary between credit card companies.

Refund Currency

Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase.
